This session is all about encouraging creativity and initiative. Less talented players are very predictable off the ball; we want them to do things that their opponents will find difficult to predict and react to. Be generous in your praise in this session and accept mistakes as part of learning. When we begin to combine with each other in attack making unpredictable runs and passes, a group of individuals are beginning to work as a team.
