Short Passing - One Touch part 2

A very much more challenging session on this topic. Try to get players playing in a relaxed rhythm in the first drill, passing the way they are facing. Progressing into the "Three Teams" practice it is the movement off the ball to provide a one-touch passing option that will be crucial. The key to playing one-touch is knowing what your options are before you receive the ball. We will come to this in detail later in some of the "Possession" sessions. It is worth introducing spells of one-touch regularly to improve this dificult skill.
