The registration process is in four parts and will only take a few minutes.
  1. Players must read, and agree to abide by, the club's code of conduct for players

  2. Parents must read, and agree to abide by, the club's code of conduct for parents and spectators

  3. Next you will need to print, fill-in and sign the medical consent form

    N.B. Your child will not be able to take part in training or competition until this form has been returned.

    If you do not have a printer a copy can be obtained from the club secretary

  4. Finally complete the online registration form
